TERMS OF USE OF THE PORTAL

1. Subject of Agreement

 
The purpose of this agreement is to establish order and conditions of use of the Portal https://www.spainluxinvest.com/ (hereinafter portal), owned by "The Alliance LUXINVEST (hereinafter ALLIANCE), with a registered office address: 03503, Avenida Europa,, #. 8, Office # 12 (Benidorm), Spain, and e-mail: spainluxinvest@gmail.com, with the identification number B54524038.

 
Alliance reserves the right to modify these conditions in order to adapt to the current legislation and in the thresholds and actual requirements of economic development.

 
These Terms of Use do not exclude the possibility of making additions and changes to separate services of the portal in accordance with the current internal requirements without prior notice.

 
By registering an account and using any service of the portal, the User acknowledges that has rights in respect to the account and agrees with the mandatory terms of use of the Portal. The control of the changes in this agreement is a responsibility of the User. If the user has special authorities, they also come into force after getting the access to the portal.

 
2. Conditions of access and usage of the Portal

Acceptance of the terms and privacy policies while using any service of the portal.

1. Necessity to register

The user agrees not to transfer, make, distribute and not to provide any materials or information to the third parties (data content, photographs, audio and video materials, software, etc.) that are contrary to norms of morality or public order, conditions of this agreement and, if necessary, additional agreements.

 
The user agrees to:

2.1. Not to make or distribute the content that promotes racism, xenophobia, pornography, terrorism or violation of human rights.

 
2.2. Not to make or distribute the data (viruses, malicious software), transfer of which may cause damage to the system of services, be harmful to the service provider or any other user.

 
2.3. Not to distribute, transmit or transfer to the third party any information, content of which is directed against the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized in the Constitution and international treaties.

 
2.4. Not to distribute, transfer or grant to the third parties any information, that could contain elements of illegal or unfair advertising.

 
2.5. Not to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising materials ("chain letters," pyramid "or other form of solicitation), except services specially designed for this purposes (for example: Commercial).

 
2.6. Not to make or distribute any false, ambiguous, misleading or misleading information.

 
2.7.  Not to impersonate other users.

 
2.8. Not to distribute, transmit, or provide information to third parties the information that violates the intellectual property rights or copyrights, patents, trademarks.

 
2.9. Not to distribute, transfer or grant to the third parties any information that violates the confidentiality of messages or personal data.

 
2.10. Do not include to the Portal any information containing discrimination based on sex, race, religion and any other freedoms recognized by Spanish law. Do not include information that violates laws or rules of confidentiality, the right to privacy and intellectual property, privacy, containing elements of violence or humiliation of human dignity.

 
3. Intellectual and commercial property.

 
User acknowledges that all elements of the Portal and each service (materials, structure, selection, location, content, software, etc.) are under the protection of intellectual and commercial property of the Alliance and third parties.

 
It is completely prohibited the usage of text, images, advertising, etc. used in this Portal for the future inclusion in the other portals, without the prior written permission of the Portal.

 
The user provides to the Portal the authority to copy, distribute and transmit photographs and other materials made for the portal.

 
4. Warranty and liability

 
The Alliance does not guarantee the availability, accessibility and continuity of the portal and its services.

 
Alliance is not responsible within the existing legislation for any damages incurred as a result of access or malfunction Portal.

 
The Alliance does not control in advance and does not guarantee the absence of viruses in the content elements provided by third parties who may make changes to electronic documents and files.

 
Refusal to the responsibility, mentioned in previous paragraphs is carried out in cases where the Alliance had not been informed that the activities or stored information are illegal and may cause harm to either party. Therefore, prompt action by the Alliance will be oriented to remove such content and make impossible an access to it.

 
The Alliance does not guarantee that users of the portal will use the content and / or services in accordance with the law, morality and public order.

5. Technical devices and text links

The portal provides to users (with special authorities) technical communication and search tools, allowing access to the portal and text links belonging to other users.

6. Protection of personal data.

7. Additional Information

8. Validity

 
The period of usage of the portal is uncertain. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Alliance has the right to suspend or terminate unilaterally at any time without prior notice, service provision and the Portal and / or services.

9. Legal responsibility

All the questions, relating to the Portal, are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the Kingdom of Spain.
